Who we are
FK Construct is a UK specialist subcontractor focused on the outer skin of a building: the roof, the façade and the glazing. We work on high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes where performance, fire safety and programme all matter.
Taking the full envelope as one package removes the interfaces where watertightness, programme and accountability usually break down. You deal with one team, one programme and one set of warranties.
